Chicken Avo Salad Recipe

Chicken Avo Salad

This healthy salad is pleasantly creamy and so delicious. I used tinned chicken here for something different and it turned out great and the meal was so easy to prepare.


2 x 150g Tins Chicken
1 Avocado
1 Salad Pepper
4 Sticks of Celery
1 Baby Cabbage
2 Tbsp Avocado or Coconut Oil for cooking


Slice cabbage and place in microwave safe dish with a little oil. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.

Slice the pepper and add to the cabbage. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes.

Chop the celery and avocado.

Toss chicken and vegetables together. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.

Lemon juice is also a delicious garnish with this meal.
