Garlic Broccoli Recipe

A surprisingly delicious way to eat this super food.


200g Broccoli
1 Small Capsicum (Salad) Pepper
1 tsp Ginger
2 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Avocado/Coconut Oil


Place broccoli in microwave safe dish with a little water. Cook for 5 minutes to soften.

Line a saucepan with the oil. Add the ginger and garlic. Chop the pepper finely and add to the saucepan. Put the saucepan on to fry for 5 minutes or until pepper shows signs of cooking.

Add the broccoli to the saucepan and stir fry for 3 minutes.
